In event adopter does not comply with terms of Agreement, or pet is abused or neglected, rescue will recover pet from you at your residence and you will surrender pet to rescue immediately. Without waiving any of rights under Agreement, if I do not surrender pet to rescue, I will owe rescue payment just and reasonable liquidated damages to compensate rescue for costs and expenses in connection with breach of Agreement. I will be responsible for reasonable attorney fees, court costs and expert witness fees. Foster is responsible for any items borrowed from rescue. Vet care and food need to be pre-approved.I understand that false statements by me may lead to rejection of this application for adoption or fostering, and that I will be responsible for any criminal charges, including attorney fees, for any false statements. This signed application is part of foster rental adoption agreement of $0.01.
